Terms of service.

These Terms govern your use of the Rekyndo platform. By creating an account or using the service, your organization accepts these Terms.

Last updated: 2026-04-23
Effective from: 2026-05-01
Version: 4.0

1. The agreement

These Terms are a binding contract between your organization and My Company. They cover use of the platform, the rights and obligations of buyers, sellers, and service providers, our fees, and how disputes are resolved.

Acceptance & authority

The individual accepting these Terms represents that they have authority to bind their organization. Use of the platform without acceptance is not permitted.

2. Account eligibility

Rekyndo is a B2B platform. Account holders must be authorised representatives of a registered business. We verify identity via our KYC provider; unverified accounts cannot transact.

  • Tier 1 — Identity: Stripe Identity (24h SLA). Required to publish listings.
  • Tier 2 — Banking & VAT: 3–5 business days. Required to receive payouts above €10k / month.
  • Tier 3 — Site audit: 5–10 business days. Required for high-value auctions and Enterprise features.

3. Marketplace role

Rekyndo is a facilitator and escrow agent, not the counterparty of record in a sale. Goods are sold by the listed seller; services are delivered by the winning provider. The platform enforces the rules below between those parties and provides the technical infrastructure for transactions.

4. Fees

Subscription fees are billed via Stripe per the tier on your organization. Commission on closed deals is taken automatically from escrow before payout. The current fee structure and commission rates are published on our pricing page.

Fees may change with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are grandfathered through the end of the then-current billing period.

5. Escrow & payouts

Funds sit in Stripe Connect escrow until delivery conditions are met: signed handover documents, inspection confirmation, and the 7-day buyer protection window. Disputes pause payout; the platform mediates based on documentation and platform audit logs.

Buyer protection
For 7 days after delivery, buyers can raise a dispute if the equipment doesn’t match the listing or condition report. Funds release to the seller automatically if no dispute is raised.

6. Listings & tenders

Sellers warrant that listings are accurate, that they own or are authorised to sell the asset, and that disclosed condition reports are truthful. Tenders must describe the required service accurately. Rekyndo reserves the right to suspend listings or tenders pending moderation.

7. Prohibited activity

The following is grounds for immediate suspension:

  • Attempting to circumvent escrow or platform fees
  • Contacting counter-parties off-platform with the intent to close outside Rekyndo
  • Fraudulent listings or misrepresented inspection results
  • Tampering with bidder identities or auction outcomes
  • Listing prohibited goods (export-controlled, sanctioned, or illegal in the destination jurisdiction)

Where fraud occurred, we may refer matters to law-enforcement and regulatory authorities.

8. Liability

Rekyndo’s aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We disclaim consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law (including for personal injury or fraud).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days’ notice. Rekyndo may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (including any prohibited activity in section 7). Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination, including outstanding payouts and dispute resolution.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by law. Disputes are heard in the competent courts of , or via arbitration where a separate enterprise agreement so specifies.
