Do I need a paid plan to list?
No. The Starter plan is free forever and includes unlimited listings. You only pay transaction fees when a trade closes.
Are the fees before or after VAT?
Transaction fees are quoted ex-VAT. EU-registered sellers are invoiced under reverse charge; other jurisdictions have VAT added per local law.
When am I paid out?
Funds are released from escrow 7 days after delivery confirmation, paid via SEPA or SWIFT. Enterprise customers can negotiate faster release windows.
What if a buyer disputes an order?
Our trust & safety team mediates disputes within 48 hours. Valid disputes pause escrow release and can result in partial or full refund per our buyer protection policy.
Can I negotiate Enterprise fees?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is custom. For fleets with >€5M annual GMV, we offer volume-based transaction fees and custom SLAs.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time. No penalties. Annual plans are prorated on switch; monthly plans billed for the remainder of the current cycle.
