Tier 1 identity verification is typically completed within 24 hours via Stripe Identity. Tier 2 adds banking and VAT verification (3–5 business days). Tier 3 includes a site audit and insurance confirmation (5–10 business days).
Standard platform fee is 3.5% + €2 per completed transaction, split across buyer and seller. Auctions charge an additional 1.5% closing premium on the winning bid. Service tenders are free to post; awarded tenders carry a 2% facilitation fee. See the Pricing page for detailed breakdown.
Payment is captured at checkout and held in Stripe escrow for 7 days following delivery. During this window, buyers can raise a dispute if the equipment doesn't match the listing or condition report. Funds release to the seller automatically if no dispute is raised.
Yes. Sellers can list and ship from 24 European countries today. Buyers in over 60 countries can purchase, subject to local import regulations and our shipping partners' coverage. Contact sales for availability in specific regions.
