HydroForce HP-200, Munich
A 2021 HydroForce HP-200 down-stroking hydraulic press, pulled from a German automotive tier-1 that consolidated pressing operations last quarter. 200 tonnes of clamping force, 1,400 × 900 mm bed, 650 mm stroke. Runs Bosch-Rexroth proportional valves and a Siemens S7-1500 PLC — still on original firmware with a full parameter backup on the drive. Service book is clean: quarterly oil sample, annual load cell calibration, no ram-seal events.
Funds held in Stripe Connect escrow. Signed handover docs + inspection report release the payout. 7-day inspection window on delivery.

Where the wear is.
No weep or delta-P drift across 50-cycle hold test. Seals replaced under OEM service at 4,200 h.
Pump case drain clean. Oil sample shows mild particle count — planned change at next service window.
Parameter backup on drive. Field-bus diagnostics nominal. 3 unused digital I/O channels if you want to bolt on a safety light-curtain.
Annual calibration current (2026-01). Deviation at full scale: 0.8% — well inside OEM tolerance.
When we looked inside.
HP-200 press inspected at the German tier-1 site. 50-cycle hold test passed with no measurable delta-P drift. Load-cell calibration current to 2026-01 traceable. PLC parameter backup captured pre-listing. Two advisories on hydraulic-oil particle count and bed-guide lubrication schedule.

What buying used avoids.
Buying this HP-200 avoids roughly 26.8 t of CO₂ vs. a new equivalent. Frame is on its first life cycle; powertrain at about 40% of design fatigue life.

Public questions, answered.
- Ingo B. · Tier-3 buyer · 21 Mar
Is the control locked to a particular toolset, or can I load a fresh recipe set from my own Studio 5000 project?
Seller reply · 21 MarNot locked — the PLC backup is a standard AB .ACD. We'll hand over the decryption key with the sale so you can drop in your own recipe library.
- Jakub M. · Tier-2 buyer · 19 Mar
Can you confirm the press has the CE safety light-curtain interface? My insurer requires one on re-commissioning.
Seller reply · 19 MarYes. Interface is present on the existing safety PLC. We've marked the two spare digital inputs you'd use for a compatible SICK C4000, with wiring photos added to the documents set.
