Where the wear is.
Belt at roughly 60% service life; OEM part number on file. Denester arms and vacuum cups swapped in 2025.
4 heads track within 0.3 mm of each other. No servo-drive faults in the last 12 months of operation.
Print-head is OEM-consumable; plan to replace at re-commissioning. Coder body, cables and controller are sound.
Load cells calibrated against a traceable 500 g test weight. Reject mechanism cycles cleanly.

What buying used avoids.
Full-line reuse has outsized ESG value — 15.6 t CO₂ avoided vs. a new PM-6000, and the commissioning binder shortens the re-install cycle by ~40%.

- P. Rossi · Tier-2 buyer · 11 Mar
Is the reject lane SKU-aware, or is it a straight out-of-spec drop?
Seller reply · 11 MarReject is triggered off weight + vision. Rejected packs carry a timestamp + reason code into the line's MES export — lets you trace yield by shift or operator if you plug into yours.
- A. Carstens · Tier-3 buyer · 9 Mar
What's the realistic SKU changeover time, machine idle to first-good-pack?
Seller reply · 9 MarUnder 20 minutes for a same-pattern SKU (same tray & glue pattern). A cross-pattern change with tooling swap is ~90 minutes — we can share the OEM changeover SOP.
